The seven habits for highly successful anti-wrinkle skincare

While none of want to grow old, few of us want the alternative! The aging process is inevitable, but there are some easy ways to keep the wrinkles to a minimum.

Wrinkles, lines, dryness, age spots and leathery skin are all the result of too much sun exposure. Always use a sunscreen, wear a hat and avoid being out in the sun for extended periods between 10 am and 2 pm, when the suns rays are at their strongest.

3. Eat plenty of antioxidant-rich foods. These include leafy green vegetables, berries, artichokes and garlic. Antioxidants fight the free radicals in our bodies that destroy cells. Specific free radicals target the collagen in our skin, causing it to lose elasticity and strength.

4. Reduce the amount of fatty and high-calorie foods in your diet. Your body has to work very hard to process these types of food, and they provide few nutrients. Make the decision to have a healthy sandwich with lots of fresh salads for lunch instead of a burger.
